Siouxsie handles all facets of Customer Service, including answering phones ,scheduling appointments, file maintenance , updating client contact data, beneficiary changes, setting up systematic income withdrawals, additional deposits or one time withdrawals. She also generates account statements on request and seeks to solve any customer service issues you might encounter. Technology savvy, she will also lead our efforts to communicate with you efficiently and accurately on current events that may affect you as well as provide timely notifications on any financial issues that affect us all.
